The Range Boss's clip point blade is flat ground to a thin edge that is so sharp it will astonish you. It is stonewashed to resist rust and its versatility makes it a darn good skinning knife, not to mention food preparation too. The glass-reinforced nylon handle is textured with a stippled pattern for a good grip, and it features or renowned Tri-Ad lock for superlative strength.

A nylon polymer that is lightweight and extremely durable, Zytel can be shaped and textured to provide excellent grip.
Pocket Clip
Includes a pocket clip for easy accessibility and a more secure carry.
Lockback
The lockback system has been used for many decades. It can usually be found on the knife spine and it provides a strong lockup that will wear well.

Cold Steel 20KR9 Range Boss Folding Knife 4" 4034 Stonewashed Clip Point Blade, FDE GFN Handles
Portable, folding paring knife. Longer blade, thinner handle than the Buck 110 Slim Select. Just what you need for slicing a submarine sandwich or cutting up a rotisserie chicken. Love the full flat grind. Medium thick blade stock. Would rather it had a drop point but this knife is partly about cowboy styling. Grippiest handle ever, blows away the one-way angular stipples on Spydies and you know how good those are. Slight scale flex under pinch pressure, but nothing like a Bugout. Easiest opening and unlocking Tri Ad to date. Impossible to snap or flick open, good for jurisdictions that don’t like that. Only negative is the pocket clip and I don’t have to tell you why. C’mon CS!
