The Cold Steel Gentleman's Stockman Folding Knife with three blades, which has been customarily called a Stockman knife, has the standard clip point and spey point blade of the Trapper with the addition of a sheepsfoot-styled blade.

The Cold Steel Stockman Series is their variation on the classic gentleman's slipjoint knife. It features handles made from authentic bone and is highlighted with polished metal bolsters. The rugged handles are substantially sized for hard work, even with gloved hands.
