The Cold Steel Gentleman's Stockman Folding Knife with three blades, which has been customarily called a Stockman knife, has the standard clip point and spey point blade of the Trapper with the addition of a sheepsfoot-styled blade.

The Cold Steel Stockman Series is their variation on the classic gentleman's slipjoint knife. It features handles made from authentic bone and is highlighted with polished metal bolsters.
