Featuring a lance-shaped blade profile, flat grind, and diamond-shaped geometry, the Extrema Ratio Contact provides superior control and strength. It includes a lower guard to protect the hand from accidental cuts, upper jimping for improved grip, and a concave fuller running along the blade’s length. With a robust 0.25" blade thickness, the Contact is the larger, more technically advanced version of the popular Requiem, built for demanding tasks.

Made from Bohler N690 steel, the blade has a hardness of 58 HRC and is available in two finishes: chemical burnished for the Black version and Stone Washed for other colors. The forprene handle, now redesigned for enhanced balance, is secured by a truncated cone-shaped stainless steel insert, eliminating the need for side screws. This design enhances the knife’s durability and balance, ensuring optimal handling in the field.

The Contact comes with a minimalist sheath featuring a secondary retention system for ambidextrous users. The injection-molded nylon shell offers quick blade insertion and extraction, with a secure locking mechanism to prevent movement and noise. The sheath is MOLLE compatible, with a reduced textile component that includes a two-button safety strap, belt loop, and thigh band for anti-rotation. This design emphasizes compactness without sacrificing structural strength or safety.
