Furi Rachael Ray Cheese & Deli Set. Includes a 9 7/8" overall cheese knife with a 5" blade. Features a unique aerated blade which keeps your favorite soft cheeses from sticking to it. The pronged tip helps to apply your cheese on top of breads and crackers. Also includes a 9 1/8" overall sandwich knife with a 4 1/8" blade. Offers serrated edges to cut even the toughest bread and the unique cut-out design allows you to get every last bit from under your favorite condiment jar rim. Hang packaged. 

Knives in this series are made from the finest CrMoV stainless steel for the ideal combination of edge retention, ease of sharpening and corrosion resistance. Hardened to HRC 56. Forged bolster, one-piece with blade, and strong tang for supreme strength. The handle core is made from ultra-tough molded polypropylene, with an injection-molded outer layer of durable synthetic rubber to provide Rachael Ray's "super duper" grip. The patented "reverse wedge" handle shape actively resists forward hand slip, helping to reduce fatigue by requiring less squeezing than traditional handle shapes, even with wet or oily hands. The harder you cut, the more the handle of the knife locks into your hand, making it safer and easier to control. The Gusto-Grip handle design has a tailor-made finger groove with palm control grip. Füri Guard antimicrobial technology is incorporated directly and permanently into the Gusto-Grip® handle during the manufacturing process, giving the handle an added safeguard against microorganisms that can degrade the handle materials over time. Rachael Ray products are not recommended for the dishwasher. Simply hand wash and towel dry after use.
