Not new

I haven’t used tool yet so not complaining on that. My complaint is, I received mine and the tool, case, bits, and paperwork had been pulled out of the box and stuffed back in wrong. Seems to be an obvious return. For as much as i paid for this i expect new in unopened box. Very angry over the disrespect. I won’t be buying anything else from knife center!

Knifecenter never sells returned or used products. Occasionally a supplier, even the manufacturer will refund a customer and reship the product. Since we cannot possibly inspect each product we ship, they can slip through. We would gladly take the product back and pay for all shipping involved.

Reliable so far

I used it to work on some of my woodworking equipment. You can really wrench down on it and not feel like you’re going to break it. I installed a security camera only using it. Had some work to do in the yard. Cut irrigation pipe with the knife and corrugated pipe with the saw. Ended up pretty muddy. So washed it off and put a little 3n1 oil on it and it’s good to go. IT HAS A PROPER ON CENTER SCREWDRIVER. I don’t need a pair of scissors or a file and a pair tweezers. I need a tool not a gimmick. It’s a sturdy blade. Decent set of pliers/cutters and the screwdriver. If I need anything else I’ll go to my toolbox in the garage. I wish it had a combo blade or 2 separate.

Nice Pocket Tool

Haven't had a chance to really use the Gerber yet but have opened it up and played with it. Well built and very solid. Equal to any Leatherman tools I have. My only complaint is there wasn't any instructions so I had to fiddle with it to figure out how to close the drive extension and other locking parts. Once I had that figured out everything else was easy. Very nice tool. Should last a lifetime if taken care of. A little bulky with the extra drive tools. Probably should have gotten the one w/o those but will be nice if ever needed.
