Hogue Metal Series Mysto Review
This is my third Hogue Knife. I keep buying them because they are honestly incredible. This has basically become my favorite EDC. It has high quality materials, very nice ABLE lock and really nice feeling Richlite scales. Even with almost 3.5 inches of blade, it is still very slim in my pocket. As always, razor edge right out of the box. In my opinion, Hogue offers the best value for American made knives. There is nothing I would change about this knife. I consider it to be as close to perfect as an EDC can be.

It’s a bargain
It’s very light weight and slim so it can actually be carried very easily and discreetly. Can actually be considered a gentleman’s knife with its sleek design.Arrived nicely packaged and with a nice little pouch and some stickers. Right otb it’s dead centered and snaps open with a slight push on the thumb studs or using the crossbar lock and a wrist flick. Lock up is rock solid with absolutely no wobble in any direction. There’s a full four finger handle length and the slight texturing makes for a secure grip. The Magnacut blade is extremely sharp right out of the box and sharper than some of my much more expensive knives. I have found this to be true for the other two Hogues I own also. All in all this knife is a bargain, especially compared to some of the other over hyped and overpriced brands out there.
