The Hogue Bone Flex, designed by Scott Bruhns, brings American-made precision to the critical post-hunt process, ensuring maximized yield and minimal waste. These specialized boning knives are the synergistic result of continuous feedback from professional users, perfecting a tool vital for detailed butchering tasks. 

The knife features an ultra-thin, flexible, and curved blade profile that allows the user to glide freely through fat and gristle and proficiently separate meat from bones and joints. This flexibility permits meticulous cuts along the unique contours of a wide variety of game, maximizing protein harvest. The blade is constructed from tough 0.094" thick CPM MagnaCut steel, cryogenically heat treated to 62-64 HRC for maximum edge retention, durability, and corrosion resistance.

The ergonomic Black Diamond Richlite scales provide a comfortable and non-slip grip, allowing the user to confidently fulfill processing tasks. Each Bone Flex kit includes a glass fiber reinforced nylon blade guard with integrated belt loops, along with a canvas zipper pouch for safe storage and transport.
