Kershaw Knives

The popular Kershaw Camp 10 machete has been widely praised for both value and durability. And while its original black-and-gray color scheme looks great in the field or in the backyard, Kershaw thought they'd try this favorite in a different color, too. This black-and-tan color scheme was inspired by a Camp 10 that was put to work and got all dusty in the process. Turns out, it looked pretty good doing it.

The "Camp Tan", as the designer likes to call it, has all the features of the regular Camp 10, but with a tan handle and sheath. From clearing brush to making kindling, the Camp 10 Tan is the ideal outdoor and survival tool. Cut, slash, hack, split, scrape—just about any task you ask of it, the Camp 10 Tan can handle. The full tang Camp 10 Tan is made of 65Mn carbon tool steel for toughness and wear resistance. A black powder coat protects the steel and makes maintenance easier.

With its rubber overmold, the Camp 10's handle is super-grippy and provides an extra-secure, contoured grip. The handle has a built-in hand guard and is drilled in both front and rear so you can attach a lanyard either place—or both—for carrying versatility. The new Camp 10 Tan comes with a matching tan molded sheath with handy lash points and nylon straps. It attaches to pack, belt, ATV trail box, or saddlebags with ease.

The most unrated, overlooked chopper still to this day!
30+ years of owning, testing, using all types, sizes, materials, and brands of blades, saws, and axes. From production, customs, and mids. 15+ years using and testing the camp 10. I own 3 of them! It has passed every cutting, chopping, abuse test I have ever asked of it. Even had them stuck and bent at least 5 times in their lifes, at a 45 degree angles in 8" round oak logs. So far the two users sprang back to true. Split super wood knotts without a blink. I can not advised you enough to purchase one of these blades right now. You will never regret it. And at around $50, your not going to freak out if you lose it or it gets stolen. Im not even going to say the word, break. Because it just doesn't. A true blade of spring steel that you can bet on, without a doubt. It will pull you out of any knife needed situation, should it arise. I'm baffled more do not know about this model.

How can you go wrong when this Machete is selected among many other makes, models and price points by the legendary "Hickok45" in his "Last Trail Knife I Would Ever Sell" video.

The most under rated beast of a knife!
Had a Camp 10 since the beginning. Put years of abuse on it. Passed a 65° bend in an oak log w/ knot. Came back true. I could honestly say it is one of my top ten blades that I would trust my life with. Excellent heat treatment on mine. Buy one today!
