Best knives I have ever used
My wife thought I was crazy for paying a high price for a Shun knife, until she used it. It's the only knife she and I use for anything. Cuts through the hardest winter squash like they are butter. Great durability and razor sharp. Ours did get a small nick in the blade but still works as good as day 1. Had it for a few years now along with henkles, zwilling, wusthoff and even miyabi. This knife is lighter than the miyabi fusion but cuts just as well if not better. Would recommend to anyone who would like to buy one knife and not worrying about replacing it.
