Kanetsune Nakiri Kitchen Knife 6.5" Zen-Bokashi Damascus Blade, Red Sandalwood Handle w/ Black Plywood Bolsters - KC463
Description
KTKC463: KC-463 Nakiri Damascus Kitchen Knife
Kanetsune
The Nakiri is great for everyday functions requiring precision slicing and straight cuts. The blade shape finds its origin in Japan. The Nakiri is a versatile vegetable cleaver for slicing, dicing and chopping even large vegetables. It is ideal for chopping piles of herbs, vegetables or boneless meats with its larger, deeper blade. It is also a pleasure to use for fruit as well. Thanks to the thin and wide blade it produces very fine and even cuts. The blade can be easily controlled.
This Nakiri features authentic Japanese craftsmanship. The "Zen-Bokashi" series blade is made with a blue steel #2 core with 11 layers of Damascus. This provides an attractive and natural Damascus pattern on the blade. The traditional D-shaped handle is made from red sandalwood and has a black plywood bolster.
Knife Center has an excellent selection of kitchen knives, kitchen accessories, cutlery, and kitchen gadgets.
