The stainless steel used in these tools come from Germany and is specially treated using a traditional method of high quality temper with more than 56 degrees of hardness. This impressive satin finished steel has molybdenum vanadium silicium and carbon. With the right precision, these components make the stainless steel very durable, rust resistant, flexible and easy to use. The handles are crafted from a fine French beech wood, and are treated with a special polish that provides added resistance and durability. The nature of beech wood, very light yet very strong, makes it a popular choice for handles and provides a smooth and comfortable grip.
