Description
MILKBBTT1: Jason Breeden Butterfly Knife
Mil-Tac
This knife has everything you want in a balisong. The CNC machined G10 handle has an excellent texture that not only feels comfortable in the hand but also offers great grip. The action on the knife is smooth and utilizes a magnetic locking system on the handles instead of a traditional latch. The blade is made from N690Co stainless steel hardened to 58-60 on the Rockwell hardness scale.
Jason Breeden earned distinction as the knife designer who creates odd-shaped blades with his first knife, the Captain. Critics changed their tune after using the Captain and experiencing its pure functionality, and dismissing its quirky appearance as inconsequential. His second collaboration, the Rescue, is equally unconventional. Like all Breeden designs, it reflects Jason’s hard-use outdoor experiences in the Appalachian Mountains. "My designs are born from need I've experienced. I live in the Appalachian Mountains and am regularly outdoors."
