Outstanding attention to detail

The knife was smaller than I was expecting (I have medium-sized hands) but after carrying it for a couple of days, I really liked the extra room in my pockets. The scales have a great tactile feeling in the hands that reminds me of the fine knurling on a Starrett micrometer. The blade shape, composition, milling, and fitment are all very precise and not easily achieved. I'm very happy with this blade, and I will carry it with pride.

Great size for EDC!

Size, grip,steel, pocket clip, and action are all amazing! Instantly fell in love after getting this knife. The centering was perfect as well. This is my first MKM knife but Ben is an amazing designer so even tho the magnacut they used is heat treated less than I prefer I knew it would make up for that in functionality thanks to Ben. However there is no major issue and could be a variant to variant issue. The edge on my unit was the absolute worst edge on a new knife I have ever seen. One side was 13.8 degrees while the other was 25.2 degrees. It's so far off you can see it clearly with the naked eye. I just feel there is no excuse for that in 2024.the tip is curved when you look at it straight on due to the massive difference in edge angle. Even at the back of the edge there's a noticable high spot where whomever sharpened it made a mistake or twitched and brought the edge up way past the edge line. So I had to fix the edge on it day one unfortunately. Overall I am super happy with it but the edge issues and low heat treat of it will definitely make me second guess a second purchase from MKM personally.

Design fault

Just follow up with my previous review. I found out that the omega spring tension can be adjusted. Since the factory spring setting is too stiff, I release the tension a bit. Once I adjusted it, the blade opens and close smoothly but I found out that the blade touches the barrel and leaves a dent on the edge. It is an ill design knife and I don’t recommend it unless they fix this problem.
