After the success of the Rokot, Ivan Braginets, and RSK collaborated to bring a different take on a work knife; the result is the Huginn. Thanks to the Slide Lock, the symmetrical design offers a comfortable opening for left and right-handers. It's a lot of fun to open and close the blade with a smooth action.
The Huginn as a full-size knife is relatively light at approx. 3.5 oz. Still, it feels very solid and robust. Whenever open or closed, the Huginn is always slender and slim. The 3.66" long drop point blade with FFG fits the requirements of a functional work knife; it is also well suited for the preparation of meals. The G10 scales have an ergonomic textured grip and superior durability with a back spacer also made of G10. With the Huginn, Ivan emphasizes the stability and contrast again.
There are so many details behind its clean design, hidden lanyard hole, reversible deep carry clip, and functional jimping that shouldn't be missing from Ivan's models. Last but not least, the name HUGINN is based on one of Odin's ravens, and the spirit and design of this knife evoke that beautiful and iconic bird!

Got this for the EDC rotation.and the orange Huginn to keep in the car and right out of the box was hugely impressed with both. It's like they designed a knife to fix everything someone might want to change about the Bugout. Love the bigger size, additional weight and lower price. Build quality on both was outstanding. Blade grind was flawless, blade was perfectly centered, nice snappy flip open and easy drop closed with the crossbar lock. Look forward to trying this out and seeing how well it does, but initial impression is Real Steel hit the mark with the Huginn.
