Description

SLEALBB: Ally Fixed Blade - Brown Burlap Micarta

StraightLine EDC

The Ally is a compact EDC fixed blade knife based on a drawing by Allegra, the daughter of Igor Bortolussi. The design reflects Allegra’s character, blending smooth lines and rounded shapes to convey her sweet and kind nature, while its razor-sharp edge underscores a hint of unexpected strength.

The knife is equipped with the Smart Mag Sheath, which offers versatile carry options thanks to dual magnets on the back. This innovative sheath allows the knife to be carried deeply within the pocket for a discreet profile or with a portion of the handle exposed for quicker, easier access. Transitioning between these positions is effortless and can be accomplished while the sheath remains in the pocket, simply by sliding the outer lace.

With its thoughtful design and practical features, the Ally delivers both charm and cutting performance, making it a standout choice for everyday carry. This model features premium Bohler M390 stainless steel with a rugged stonewashed finish and durable brown Burlap Micarta handles.

Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Finish, Handle Material, Materials, Overall Quality, Sheath/Scabbard, Weight
Cons: None
Elegant pocket fixed blade
Beautiful pocket fixed blade with great lines. Great fit and finish, slim blade and handle. Most comfortable grip I've found so far is with the pointer finger extended along the spine of the blade. Handle doesn't fill the hand but it's not a knife for heavy tasks in my opinion just simple little tasks. Wonderful sheath design as well. I've never found a reason to complain about M390 personally. Look forward to carrying this blade a lot. Only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is that I haven't used it much yet.
