Spyderco
Named for its optimal use of space, the Spyderco Efficient offers a full-length grip without taking up too much room in the pocket. The Efficient is only four inches long when closed, but usable space increases when open thanks to an integrated finger choil in the blade, ensuring there is plenty of space for a full hand hold.
"Efficient" can also refer to this blade. The 8Cr13MoV drop point is versatile for everyday carry and easy to sharpen with respectable edge retention. The angle of the handle enables the point to be used with great precision, much like a good Wharncliffe blade but retains enough belly for efficient cutting. A full flat grind further increases the slicing abilities of the blade.
Spyderco's signature round opening hole easily swings the blade open from the textured G10 handle scales. Skeletonized liners and a solid metal backspacer impart plenty of strength to the structure of the knife and ensure the liner lock is nice and strong. A large lanyard hole and reversible, tip-up pocket clip add enough versatility to ensure both right and left-handers can easily carry the Efficient.

Not great
Had high hopes for this but it was very stiff to open, had a ton of lock stick, and the blade was way off center rubbing against the liners. I have a Delica that is perfect with zero issues so it’s pretty disappointing to see these problems.

Feels good in my hand
The Efficient feels great in my hand. This knife is a bit heavy but not as a deal breaker. A great $50 investment.

Not a typical Spyderco
Knife came in good shape visually. Extremely stiff opening and closing, so I thought I'd take it apart give it just a little oil. Can't get it apart as two of the screws seem to be stripped and will not come out. I gave it a two because it did come very sharp and will cut. I'll just have to live with the stiffness of opening and closing. Maybe I'll give it to someone I don't like very much as a gift because I certainly won't care it. The Tenacious is a great knife and was my first low cost Spyderco, but if I had bought this knife first I probably would not have ever bought another cheaper knife from Spyderco. My PM2, PM3, Manix 2, Dragonfly, and Sage 5 are all terrific. I will never buy another knife made by Spyderco China again.
