The tanto blade is made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel and a slight push of the flipper tab flings the blade open thanks to the Ultra-Glide bearing system in the pivot. The 24-7 Tanto Folder comes with a stainless steel pocket clip set up for tip-up carry.

Just not great quality
The pivot won't stay tight, allowing the blade to wiggle, and causing the edge to ride the handle every time you shut it.
