The Ti2 TechLiner Shorty is a perfect everyday carry, like a nice knife or watch; once you have it for a week, you cannot live without it. The key to this pen is a magnetically retained cap. Using three rare earth magnets, the cap is pulled on tip or tail with approximately 2 lbs. of force. Ti2 has accomplished this with a unique custom ring magnet that fits around the tip of the refill series. When they designed the TechLiner, they wanted a tactile grip surface comfortable for extended writing sessions. The machined "Burnley Rose" pattern - the logo of Lucas Burnley - offers a non-slip, secure grip, and the spring titanium clip provides great pocket retention.
