Ready Heat
I purchased this tool to attach to my chest pack. I wanted something that would give a look of "don't mess with me" while meeting the few questionable characters I occasionally come across while hiking and camping. I also wanted it to be readily accessible and the sheath that comes with it makes that possible while holding the Black Heat snugly. In addition, I wanted a knife that would be heavy enough to do the occasionally chopping, blade thick enough to endure batoning, blade sharp enough to handle firecraft and an all around knife to handle camp chores. I found all of that and more in this TOPS Black Heat knife. If gives off a "competent" look while actually "being" competent for its intended chores.
