Pros: Included Tools, Finish, Overall Quality
Cons: None
The clippers are real and totally functional.
The nail clippers cut at a level higher than expected. They're curved and ever-so-slightly smaller, width-wise, than regular nail clippers. The length of the knife handle allows for very good maneuverability and grip. They're easier to use than drug store clippers. The nail file has a nice grit that isn't wimpy. You can actually use it to file your nails. My mom told me, decades ago, that a woman looks at a man's teeth, finger nails and shoes, first. I like to keep my finger nails short for reaching in my tool bag and nail pouch, too. Also, who doesn't love having a tooth pick? Although small, the knife blade is adequate for scraping under your nails and opening a box. The scissors, have a fine serration and snip loose threads and fishing line, with ease. If it came with a pen, instead of tweezers, and a tiny light, it would be an over-the-top every day carry multitool/key ring addition. When I was purchasing a knife that was less than 95 dollars, I added this model 580 to round up to a dollar amount that equaled free shipping. I'm most happy that I choose this handy device.
