The Frontier Survivor is a versatile, do-it-all fixed blade knife with an extremely solid build. It's made from a beefy 0.22" thick chunk of D2 tool steel with a black PVD finish and lightly textured G10 scales. It's compound ground with a hollow section near the base of the blade for slicing and a flat grind toward the tip for more durability. The dual finger grooves absolutely lock the design into your hand and its jimped thumb ramp is a thing of beauty. The injection molded sheath includes a Tek-Lok style attachment method and built-in carbide sharpener to keep your fields knife sharp and ready to use anytime, anywhere.
Each knife ships in a V Nives plastic case that should be kept and put to another use. It's made from tough, water-resistant plastic that displays the passion and attention to detail the V Nives family has for their craft.
