QSP Variant Series FAQ

Designed by Jacob Lundquist, the QSP Variant combines a compact sheepsfoot profile with a comfortable swayback handle and multiple opening methods. The series spans everyday-ready Micarta and G10 builds up to premium titanium handles.

What deployment options does the QSP Variant feature?
The QSP Variant features both an elongated blade cutout and a low-profile front flipper tab. The blade cutout accommodates either a standard thumb flick or a middle-finger reverse flick, while the front flipper allows quick indexing from the top of the handle.
What blade steel is used on the QSP Variant?
Every model in the QSP Variant series uses Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel. This alloy delivers high toughness and strong corrosion resistance, allowing the blade to maintain a fine, sharp edge that is straightforward to touch up. The QSP Variant series comes in G10, Micarta, and solid titanium handle configurations. The lightweight G10 and Micarta versions are positioned in the $50 range, while the contoured titanium models are available in the $90 range.
