KnifeCenter Payment Plan
KnifeCenter now offers a 60-day payment plan on most knives over $349
Simply follow these five easy steps:
- Contact KnifeCenter Customer Service at 800-338-6799 to make sure the item is eligible for the Payment Plan.
- We will charge a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the purchase price of the item.
- The remaining balance will be paid in two scheduled payments. On day 30 we will charge 50% of the remaining balance, followed by the final payment on day 60. If day 30 or 60 falls on a weekend or holiday it will be charged the following business day.
- Once payment is made in full, we will immediately ship your item.
- You can always pay off the full amount earlier than the final scheduled payment if you’d like to get your knife sooner.
- If a payment plan order is canceled prior to us shipping your order, you will be issued a full refund of any payment made — less the 25% deposit.
- If the credit card is declined on any payment, we will email and call to alert you of the issue. This order will be held for five calendar days. If we do not hear from you within five calendar days, we will be forced to cancel your order and issue a full refund of any payments made — less the 25% deposit.
- Please make sure the item you wish to put on the KnifeCenter Payment Plan is the item you really want, as you will not be able to make any changes to a Payment Plan order.
- Any returns on items purchased through our payment plan will be refunded to the card on file — less the 25% deposit.
