The Coho Fillet Knife at 13 inches overall is three inches longer than its smaller cousin, the Steelheader Fillet Knife. Designed for medium and larger-sized fish, the Coho sports a semi-flexible 8.125-inch cutting edge. Flat ground and razor-sharp, your fish will fillet beautifully with this knife. The full tang handle construction is double riveted with a brass lanyard sleeve that makes handle shift impossible. The contoured Santoprene SureGrip handles provide a comfortable and positive grip.
