Designed as a premier fisherman's fillet knife, the Steelheader Fillet Knife is also popular in the kitchen for boning and general slicing duties. The Steelheader sports a semi-flexible 6.625 inch cutting edge. Flat ground and razor sharp, your fish will fillet beautifully with this knife. The full tang handle construction is double riveted with a brass lanyard sleeve that makes handle shift impossible. The smooth contoured Santoprene SureGrip handles provide a comfortable and positive grip.

I really wanted to like this knife, as I paid a premium price for a nice fillet blade. Unfortunately, I got ripped off. THERE ARE NO PROS TO THIS KNIFE.CONS:The handle is too small, and is hard to grip when wet.The "sheath" is too small and the knife does not fit.The blade is hard to sharpen.The blade does not stay sharp for more than one fish!
