Superb
Awesome Flipper, smooth and with a very solid lock up.I love the blade design and the G10 handles it feels amazing. What I love about this knife is that it can look so ordinary, people that is afraid of knives (Shame...) wont even notice it, but any knife guy will want to look and fiddle it.I am one of those a knife must serve a purpose guy's, so here is my 10 cents worth, This knife is not an Outdoors knife that you hammer the crap out of everyday, its a Gentleman's folder...Its for eating steak, opening letters and impressing the next guy by how sharp you can get it... Its tough enough to handle all kinds of abuse but that's not what I want to use it for nor will I use it as a Hunting knife.. (I have a proper hunting knife for that!) 10/10 Knife.

Great design but poor execution with my example
I purchased this about 18 months ago. This knife has everything I want in a gentleman's folder. I really wanted to love it and I did, until I realized the liner lock did not keep the blade from folding. I have purchased and owned dozens (and dozens) of liner lock knives and I think this is the only one that I could get the lock to fail on command without trying too hard. I'm "sure" it was a one off manufacturing mistake by Boker and perhaps they would have fixed or replaced it under warranty, but alas I didn't try that. I threw it in my kitchen knife drawer and used it there for awhile before I got fed up and tossed it. At this price point I would really expect more. If it had a working lock and a deep carry clip it would still be in my pocket today.

Steel issues
I bought it for its long thin blade and low weight. The blade is easy deployable and there is almost no blade play. Great!Ive used it mostly to cut/prepare food when travelling, it makes a nice steak knife. What dissapointed me was the quality of the steel. The edge rolls pretty easily (cutting through 5 cm of a thin metal pill blister was enough). It is also prone to micro chipping. Another thing I didnt like is the clip. Given the slender design of the blade, its clumpsy.Shortly: its stylish and pleasant to handle. Its good for cutting sausages and opening parcels, but the blade steel is no better then on knives for half its price.
