This custom EXK CFL folder is a front flipper design that is simple yet gorgeous. The 2.75" drop point blade is made from Elmax stainless steel with a large hollow grind and hand-rubbed satin finish. The handle is made from 3D machined grade 5 titanium with nice texturing and a fossilized mammoth bark inlay on the presentation scale. It's an extremely ergonomic shape that you get a nice, solid grip on and the jumping on the thumb ramp is spot on. To open it using the flipper, you will want to use your thumb against the flipper tang and press at about a 45° angle toward the spine of the knife and pow! Once you get the hang of it, this opening speed will be on par with any of your other normal flipper designs. This is a fantastic, compact everyday carry blade built for work and was handmade in South Africa.
