For a Dad on a budget, I was quite pleased with the quality and the fit of this knife. I have owned Buck knives from the time I was a kid. It has been several years since I've bought a new one. I wasn't sure what to expect from a new one. Many people call this a budget knife, but it feels and performs very well. If someone is looking for a knife this size I would recommend this one. I would also recommend buying it from Knife Center. I appreciate not having to wonder if it was a fake.
