Legacy Arms presents the classic Imperial Roman Gladius, inspired by an original unearthed from Pompeii, dating back to 79 CE. This reproduction features a double-edged high-carbon steel blade, a sturdy hardwood handle, and a polished steel spacer at the base for added durability. The sword comes with a black leather-wrapped wood scabbard, adorned with steel accents at the throat and tip.
Legacy Arms' updated Roman Gladius offers an improved grip with a reduced handle radius and enhancements in handle and blade lengths for superior balance and maneuverability. Note that wood grain and color will vary from piece to piece. The scabbard has been upgraded with stainless steel fittings and a refined leather wrap.
