Considering the materials are comparable, the amazing action that CIVIVI Knives possesses makes them the knives to beat in terms of the value folding market.
The Baklash is CIVIVI Knives first offering, landing right in the sweet spot of being both an EDC and a tactical blade. Its size gives you plenty of reach and its solid build quality can be counted on in a life-threatening situation. However, it's quite slender, flips like butter, and features a relatively bright, noticeable finish, so EDC might be its preferred cup of tea. Whatever you plan on doing with the Baklash though, rest assured it is built to perform. The 3.5" hollow ground drop point blade is made of 9Cr18M0V stainless steel and rides on stainless ball bearings for the smoothest action possible while maintaining this incredible price point. The handle is milled G10 over full stainless steel liners with a reversible tip-up pocket clip. It's ergonomic, fast, and functional - designed to appeal to the masses and we think CIVIVI has definitely done that. We are excited about this subset brand of We Knife Company, they're poised to take over the value knife market and we're glad to be along for the ride.
9Cr Stainless Steel
A higher-end Chinese steel with great corrosion resistance, 9Cr will take a good edge but will need some attention to keep it at a razor sharpness.
Pocket Clip
Includes a pocket clip for easy accessibility and a more secure carry.
G10 Handles
Formed in a sheet under high pressure by combining fiberglass and an epoxy resin binder. These handles are lightweight and shaped to ensure a solid grip.

Update: it's been about 6 weeks. This is my third Civivi knife. I like all three; the Elementum & Mini Praxis. This one the Baklash is the my favorite. Elementum and the Mini Praxis are fantastic knives but when I got this one about 6 weeks ago I put the other two up. The size for me is ideal, the blue metal liners let's the light dance of it, handle fits my hand, the blade deploys very smoothly. It came sharp and has been easy to keep sharp. I haven't used at work, I probably won't, although I know it would be great for any duties I need it for. Just thought I would share for anyone on the fence. It diffidently works for me.

Coming to the end of the road buying knives. I've got plenty. This Baklash and Sencut Actium are two great knives to go out on. They are both similar and slightly different. They are both good size and have a great feel. Good steel. I recommend both of them.

A great EDC knife that's no so expensive you'll worry over losing it. Came sharp. The blue liners look great contrasted next to the black. You can see a quick video review over at the non-monetized YT channel Stabby Things.
