Description

CN182216HC: German Aviator Machete

Condor Tool & Knife

The German Aviator Machete comes to life in memory of all pilots who fought with honor and dignity in spite of being submerged in the middle of a cruel war. Based on the events that took place in December 1943 between US pilot Charlie Brown and German pilot Franz Stigel. Commemorating the day a German flying ace saluted a crippled US bomber and let them fly to safety instead of shooting them down.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Weight, Overall Quality
Cons: None
Nicely done
I recieved this one for Christmas. The edge was clean and polished nice weight.it has the look of a short falchion . my only gripes are the hilt a bit squarish at the pommell and the blade has a slight warp to the left , not enough to impair function but its there.i see this as .more a weapon than a tool. It will probably spend its life on the wall rather than busting brush.i have other machetes that i use for that all in all i,m pleased. The service from knife center was great as usual
