Impulse buy based on novel appearance , Owner of multiple great CRKT knives bought at great prices and this knife remains true to the aesthetic of great knife for the $. ( A significant accomplishment at this price ) A semi custom with terrific visual impact in person. An amazing hand feel with radiused edges for comfort in hand and an elegant liner lock recess. I own some nice customs but both in visual impact and operation this is an 11/10. $400 is a lot for a folding knife but if you like the style ( not everyone will ) you will like this better in person than in the photos. The anxiety I had after ordering a $400 CRKT folder took about 30 seconds to dispel once in hand. No regrets here. Appearance clip function balance feel opening and lock up are all just beyond reproach .
