CR5915: Darriel Caston 5915 MinimalX Flipper
Columbia River (CRKT)
Power in simplicity. Designed by Darriel Caston of D Rocket Design, the MinimalX is an evolution of a knife originally made for SpaceX to commemorate a rocket launch. Darriel's work caught the eye of someone in the company who commissioned him to make a custom series of knives for the crew. The MinimalX is all about fitting as much strength and durability into as small a package as possible, for a capable everyday carry you can take anywhere—even to outer space. This stainless steel frame lock flipper is comfortable to carry and use. For your new favorite compact flipper, look no further than the CRKT MinimalX.

I don’t like
Hard to flip, cool design but not intuitive

Fun little knife
Overall I’m very happy with this knife. Blade shape is useful, opening is easy, and it feels decent in hand for how small it is. Only two things I don’t like - first, the lock is small and difficult to open, making putting the knife away a two hand operation. Second, the pocket clip is not deep carry, so a decent chunk of the knife stick out from my pocket.
