Description
CR5915K: Darriel Caston 5915K MinimalX Flipper - Blacked Out
Columbia River (CRKT)
Power in simplicity. Designed by Darriel Caston of D Rocket Design, the MinimalX is an evolution of a knife originally made for SpaceX to commemorate a rocket launch. Darriel's work caught the eye of someone in the company who commissioned him to make a custom series of knives for the crew. The MinimalX is all about fitting as much strength and durability into as small a package as possible, for a capable everyday carry you can take anywhere—even to outer space. This stainless steel frame lock flipper is comfortable to carry and use. For your new favorite compact flipper, look no further than the CRKT MinimalX.

Pros: Blade Material, Ease of Opening, Overall Quality
Cons: None
Favorite Trapezoid
My kind of modern Euclidean audacity (shoulda put out a Mbombo in these materials heh heh), a mini stops being as fun as they go below about 2.2 inch blade so this was the D-Rocket to get, esp in a new all-black. Best deploy also, I love a flipper tab that's just a jimped corner, just barely big enough to still be high-fidget and still can do a lighter flick. Awesome snubnosed tanto and cool grinds/geometry with how the swedge and fuller are. Tell em thanks for putting it in 12c27 too

Cons: Lock Type
Geometricly attractive
My first impression is how small it is. Especially considering the $70 price point. With that being said the knife feels like quality and is sharp. Good lock no blade play.
