CRKMNA1001: 2021 Left Handed Mnandi Folding Knife - Bog Oak

Chris Reeve Knives

With hand-polished finishes and a handle at 3.60" long, the Mnandi is among Chris Reeve's smallest and sleekest low-profile folders. Bog Oak inlays are made from stabilized wood and profiled to fit precisely inside handle pockets. Bog Oak is rare wood in the beginning stages of fossilization. Buried and preserved in a peat bog for hundreds or sometimes thousands of years, Bog Oak's hues are deep brown to almost black wood. Wood Inlays are made from natural materials, so you can expect a variation in color and wood grain. The 2021 model features an easy-open thru-hole nail-nick, CPM-MagnaCut blade material, and a combination of ultra-fine bead blasting and satin-polished finishes.  All models are available with a dedicated left or right-handed orientation.

Very Nice Knife
I was afraid the knife would be too small to open and close one handed. However, with practice, I have learned to open and close it easily. The knife is small. It comes with a screw so you can remove the pocket clip and fill the remaining hole. I have found the clip gives me something to grasp while opening and closing it.Without the clip on, it make the knife like a larger Case knife to store in your pocket. Mine is the left handed version of the knife. It makes closing the frame lock knife a snap for me (finally).
