Gift for grandson, nice size . I would love to get a gift like this. My favorite folder is a recon 1 tanto point 5 1/2” which I own. Not grandson’s first knife. Very sharp, well made knife . A man’s knife that is small enough to wear with dress pants. I also have the micro recon 1. Pick your favorite size and I’m sure you’ll be happy with the Recon 1. My wife likes her micro she’s 76, if your wife is younger and an outdoor woman she may like a different size.

Compact Powerhouse
This knife is feels and performs bigger than it is. It is stout and sturdy. The handle affords a comfortable four finger grip for my Medium hands. The blade came sharp and the triad lock is solid. I bought this knife so I could have a compact “Beater” knife to handle everyday tasks. I actually look forward to using this knife every day because it is just so capable, comfortable, versatile and user friendly. Great design, great project.
