Knifemaker and designer, Jason Brous, grew up around CNC machining. By an early age, Jason's machining knowledge put him alongside veteran CNC operators. This knowledge and love of working with metal would eventually play a role in the knives he is designing today. Jason's passion for CNC and metalworking is only matched by his love of art. Specifically, a surrealistic style called Biomechanical. It comes as no surprise this style features many elements found in his knives today such as organic and robotic forms. Jason found great success in knifemaking and his original neck knives have accelerated his popularity with users who depend on the quality and precision his products deliver for survival. The JB Frame Lock flipper offers a clean line design that bears a unique aesthetic, solid performance and innovative styling! The satin-finished D2 tool steel blade utilizes as an integrated flipper for quick blade deployment on a ball bearing pivot system. The upswept shape makes for an excellent slicer while a compound grind provides a very keen edge and unique aesthetic. A slim profile allows for easy carry and gives the knife an extremely effective point. The contoured G10 handle features a pistol-grip shape we find to be the perfect balance of form and function. This will be the blade that you reach for when carry duty comes calling.
