I´m in love!!!!
It´s the "perfect" Ka-Bar bowie knife in the most atractive colour i´ve ever seen in this brand...I must say I´m not an outdoor man, I´m more of a collector, but I praise myself of knowing a little bit about kniives. I Really reccomend it!!!

History Proven Classic
If you ever go outside, you'd be hard pressed to find a more proven blade. Most people are familiar with this design going back to WWII. This iteration is put together using more modern materials in both handle, and sheath material. There was a period a few years back where it seemed Ka Bars were being manufactured on antiquated equipment, lacked good quality control, and had terrible edge geometry. Not so with the latest batch ! The demo model was sharp, and when the retailer let me check my purchase before leaving the store, it too was nice and sharp fresh from the box/factory. I paid a little more going through the traditional brick-and-mortar store because knives are my weakness, and I suffer from "GOTTA-HAVE-IT-NOW" syndrome. But the value for the dollar is there regardless. The sheath carries nice and flat, adding to the overall value.

Solid knife at a reasonable price
I stow this next to my bed in case of intruders and carry it on camping trips as an all purpose, heavy-duty knife. The knife is top quality and comes out of the box as sharp as you would like, capable of cutting paper like the proverbial hot knife through butter.The sturdiness of the knife, high functioning grip, serrations, and solid scabbard make it a good buy for someone wanting a workhorse of a knife.
