Kizer Cutlery

The Mini MoMo Folding Chef Knife is a premium addition to the MoMo family, combining exceptional craftsmanship with modern design. Inspired by traditional kiridashi knives, this folding chef knife is perfect for EDC, camping, and home gardening, offering both style and functionality. Crafted with CPM-S90V steel, known for its wear resistance and corrosion protection, the blade features a polished Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) coating that enhances its durability. The high flat grind ensures excellent edge retention and stiffness, making it an ideal tool for precise cutting tasks.

The knife also features an Exclusive Year of the Snake Handle Design, with laser-etched snake scales and skin patterns on the show-side blade. The titanium bolster is paired with a striking Gold Camo FatCarbon handle, creating a dual-material combo that offers both strength and style. The golden titanium bolster and backspacer add a refined touch, elevating the knife’s aesthetic while enhancing its durability.

With a perfect blend of performance, durability, and visual appeal, the Mini MoMo High-End EDC Folding Chef Knife is a standout tool for culinary tasks, outdoor adventures, and daily carry.

Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Ease of Opening, Handle Material
Cons: Handle Feel
So interesting I bought 3
Including this one I got one with the Ultem handles, and another Fat Carbon one with an S35 VN blade. My friend showed me his Momo, then the Mini Momo, I really went for the Mini. I tend to like blades with a bigger belly, but this blade really spoke to me.
