While Liong never imagined the KUF Kitchen Utility Flipper being used in the kitchen, he didn't foresee the success the design would have as an EDC knife. Its large, wide blade and slender handle look are quite stylized, but it's the cutting performance that really sets the KUF up for success. The ample belly and reinforced tip lend it to be extremely versatile, while the high flat grind and thin profile make it a truly tremendous slicer. It features a reversible tip-up pocket clip, raised titanium backspacer, hidden lanyard post, and the redesigned jimping is much improved in function and feel. The signature feature here though is the front flipper design. It is odd at first sight but works equally well with the index finger or thumb to rocket the blade out. The large thumb slot also is functional for middle finger flicking so this knife is an equally capable fidget knife as it is an EDC.
