The 970 Clavum Machete by Maserin features a large 13" black coated stainless steel blade with a unique shape. The blade curves forward like a hawkbill or karambit giving a cutting surface perfect for self-defense or chopping through brush. The back of the blade has a cutter built into it to assist in rescue operations. The handle is made from sturdy Forprene, with a heavy texturing to help hold onto this beast of a machete. The handle comes with lashing holes on it and a Cordura sheath is included to give you options when carrying it.
