Fit is excellent!
I heard that this sheath has a reputation for not fitting the TPF Defense well, but I am happy to confirm that this is not the case! This sheath holds the blade steady and provides good positive contact, while still allowing for easy removal.I put a Utiliclip on mine to use as an in-pocket carry, highly recommend as an alternative to the included leather sheath (although that is an interesting design as well).

Good not Great alternative to leather sheath.
I purchased this sheath to have a more modular alternative to the leather sheath the TPF comes with. It does hold the knife well enough but does have a noticeable problem. Once the TPF is sheathed it does not snap into place and there is sheath wobble. This can be corrected with a heat gun but I would have liked the fit to be ready out of box. This may be just my sheath but prospective buyers beware.
