Jonathan McNees has a distinct style that is personified in his designs, especially the Dixon and Skybolt folders. They are some fantastically engineered knives, built strong but not overbuilt just because they can be. They are designed for a specific task, at which they most certainly excel, with a little bit of flair thrown in for good measure.

The Dixon is one of Jonathan's most recognizable models with a standard drop point blade for an everyday carry workhorse you can use and abuse. The 3.125" hollow ground blade is made from CPM-154 stainless steel with a dark acid-washed finish and excellent jimping on the thumb ramp for a secure grip. The handle is compact and slender, yet very comfortable, made from contoured titanium with a blasted finish that provides ample texture. The titanium frame lock is very easy to disengage and provides you with rock-solid lockup. The pocket clip and skull crusher backspacer are milled Zirconium but it's the finer details that set this knife apart. The dimpled finish on the lockbar relief cutout and carbidized lockbar face not only look great but also add a bit of purchase and flair where you wouldn't normally find it. This knife features a perfectly set ceramic detent and caged bearings for superior opening action and is proudly handmade in the USA.
