Mikkel Willumsen makes frame lock folders big and solid because that's the way he likes them. A large EDC folder has nearly all the same capabilities as a small one but the same cannot be said for the contrary. Mikkel's UrbanTactical style, motto, and trademarked name perfectly describes his intentions for each design. He uses a ball bearing system for amazingly smooth and precise action. The handle is a wonder of ergonomics, it really contours to each and every curve of the hand and is precisely jimped for function without causing discomfort. 

The CWC was Mikkel's bread and butter knife for years and easily the model for which he is most easily recognized. The design was put on the backburner not long ago so Mikkel could concentrate his energy on bringing out new designs and more production collaborations. Well, 2017 is here, and we have good news for avid UrbanTactical collectors; the CWC is back and improved in more ways than one.

This revamped custom CWC flipper is a fantastic knife and was entirely made by the hands of the man, the myth, the legend himself. It features top quality materials and fittings throughout with a bunch of design changes over previous iterations. The thumb stud blade stops are a thing of the past, replaced with a hidden internal stop pin. Mikkel also redesigned the lockbar interface so it locks lower on the blade for improved functionality. Finally, he pared down the size of the flipper tab to better match the overall look of the design. It makes it a little more difficult to get to and to actuate but the impressive flipping action is not lost from the original. This model features a rainbow anodized full titanium handle with blue Todd Begg style pocket clip and wicked compound ground blade. It was a beautiful touch to match the rainbow UrbanTactical logo and presentation scale with the color of the hardware and symbolizes this is a new CWC model. It's fast, tactical, beautiful, highly collectible, and an awesome blade for any collection.
