Opinel Knives

The Opinel N06 is the smallest model that features the Virobloc safety ring. This little knife is nonthreatening and very durable. It is small enough to be placed in a pocket or purse and will "deliver" when needed. Stabilized Walnut Wood is ultra-resistant and comfortably contoured to fit the hand. The blade is made from 12C27 Sandvik Stainless steel, which will not rust, however, try to avoid leaving your Opinel knife in damp environments for too long and dry the blade after each use.

Safety

  • This knife features the Virobloc Safety ring. The Virobloc safety ring was invented and implemented in 1955. This simple yet effective locking system greatly improved the original knife.The ability to help prevent the blade from opening when closed was added to the Virobloc in 2000.

You can't afford not to own one.
The elegant simplicity and functionality of the knives at this price point puts them in a class of their own.

Simple, elegant, unique and affordable :)
I really like the design of these Opinel knives. It may not be the best EDC option as there is no pocket clip, but it's a great little all purpose knife to have around. Can't go wrong with the price.
