Opinel Knives
The No.02 is Opinel's smallest model and does not feature the Virobloc safety ring. This tiny knife is commonly used to perform small tasks such as opening letters or cutting papers. The colored wood handle is ultra-resistant and comfortably contoured to fit the hand. The blade is made from 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel, which will not rust, however, try to avoid leaving your Opinel knife in damp environments for too long and dry the blade after each use. This is a very small knife - please review its size before considering it.
