The Remette RT-ONE brings custom-level complexity to production folders with a seamless, one-piece integral titanium handle. Most button-operated knives rely on nested liners or standard two-piece handle slabs, but Remette pairs button actuation with an integral frame lock machined directly from a solid billet of titanium. Finished in black DLC and accented with vibrant Timascus onlays, the chassis eliminates backspacer seams to maximize structural rigidity in hand. At just under five ounces, it carries with a balanced, substantial feel supported by a dedicated pocket clip. For the blade, Remette selected premium M390 stainless steel, heat treated to 60-62 HRC for high wear resistance and edge holding. The 0.16 inch blade spine provides plenty of backbone through the drop point profile, while the flat grind tapers down to a clean 3.35 inch cutting edge for controlled slicing performance. A matching black DLC finish adds corrosion protection and ties cleanly into the dark handle frame. The RT-ONE is a mechanically ambitious folder that merges exotic Timascus accents with the structural integrity of a true integral chassis.
