Steel Will Knives

This mini version of the Cutjack C22-1 is perfect for those who want an everyday carry knife that is heavy on style and versatility and light on weight and size. The Cutjack Mini feels just right in the hand and has all the great design features and benefits of the full-size Cutjack. This flipper is Steel Will's take on the perfect multi-purpose everyday knife. The Cutjack's high flat grind ensures excellent cutting properties while the superior handle ergonomics and finger choil allow for a secure and comfortable grip in multiple positions. The blade deploys quickly and smoothly using the flipper tab and locks up snugly. Lightweight, compact, and durable, this knife may be carried unobtrusively using the stylish pocket clip which is reversible for right or left-hand tip-up carry.

D2 is a semi-stainless tool steel that exhibits excellent characteristics as a blade steel. This air-hardened steel is more corrosion resistant than other high carbon steels due to its high chromium content and offers a good mix of toughness, wear resistance, and edge holding ability.

FRN is a lightweight material that is durable, resistant to water, and easy to clean. FRN handle scales may be molded with complex shapes and textures to improve ergonomics and slip resistance.

Work EDC
Update: I've had this for about a month and use it exclusively for work and I've been impressed and very satisfied with it. Sharpens easily. Good size for work and projects. Not an intimidate looking knife. Just an all around good EDC.

Just got it in and I like it. Love the choil and jimping on the spine. Nice metal liners and handles feels comfortable. Deploys effectively. With the tap no need for thumb studs. Also something I really like. Good size and shape I can see me buying another Steel Will or this one. After taking it out of the packaging It sliced paper.

Meh
Action out of the box was poor. I don't have too many manual flipper-tab knives so I thought maybe it was me. Went to try and take it apart to clean and lube it and the screws just spun on both sides of the handle. I didn't have another TORX driver handy so I settled on lubing the pivot from the outside. Not much improvement but still working the knife to see if it improves. Depending on how I'm holding the knife, squeezing it will put so much pressure on the pivot that it won't deploy at all. Can't say I've seen that before. Blade was wonderfully sharp out of the box and I like the size, handle, blade material, etc. of the knife. Pocket clip is far too tight. I bought this to be a bit of a "beater knife" so I'm not too concerned, but I wish it were put together better.
