The Police Model has a David Bowe Dent cut out of the locking lever allowing you to gorilla grip the knife without accidentally releasing the lock. The blade is hollow-ground VG-10 and thick at the tip for added strength with a weight-reducing swedge along the spine. All stainless, the handle is perfect for engraving or embossing. All around great pocket knife i have the serrated blade its stays sharp pretty much on everything i do i use the knife every day doing construction and other day today things. It is easy two sharpen and stays four a good amount of the use depending on how and what you are doing with it
I carried and used one like it for 25 years. It was my favorite knife. The serrated teeth on the old one are rounded off and the locking spring is wore out. I liked it so much that I decided to retire it and get another one. I'm looking forward to another 25 years with this one.
